The Control & Reporting Associate position at PepsiCo's October DC in Giza, Egypt, is a pivotal role within the finance and control team. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle a wide array of financial control and reporting tasks essential to PepsiCo's operations in Egypt:

  • Prepare and review daily settlements (Mobadla), ensuring completeness of supporting documents and signatures, with no unreviewed items.
  • Record manual invoices on the PACE system and review credit invoices against daily credit reports for accuracy.
  • Prepare and send key account (KA) and modern trade (MT) invoices to central accounts receivable (AR).
  • Close daily financial periods, review entries, and generate sales and customer status reports for the sales team.
  • Monitor cash cycles, credit guarantees, B&C resolutions, and discounts while participating in coolers and finished goods (FG) write-off committees.
  • Execute monthly closings per checklist, prepare GL activities, other revenue transactions, and inventory reports like marketing free products and samples.
  • Handle customer balance confirmations, reconciliations (SAP vs. PACE vs. open items), and CR sales achievements for payroll.
  • Participate in fiscal counts, COSO testing, department projects, and deliver head office (HO) requirements timely.
