  • Preparing EMEA Procurement Cash Flow productivity reporting by collecting data from contracts management systems and approximately 500 associates in legacy Europe Procurement, plus AMESA contacts. Review data accuracy, analyze variances, calculate cash flows, and report to EMEA Business Unit Controllers and Corporate FP&A.
  • Managing Mark to Market reporting for Derivatives and Forex Embedded Derivatives in legacy Europe contracts. Collect and analyze data, coordinate with Procurement Managers, Executed Hedges, and Corporate Treasury for accurate calculations, and report to Corporate Embedded Derivatives Centre of Excellence and EMEA Sector Control.
  • Handling Extended Producer Responsibility reporting for Europe, verifying data from Business Units and reporting to Corporate Government Affairs.
  • Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Benelux Accounts Payable, resolving blocked POs to prevent supplier payment delays. Analyze weekly reports and guide stakeholders on resolutions.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects, process improvement initiatives from Europe Procurement Control, and issue resolution within the scope.
