The Control & Reporting Global Derivatives Director at PepsiCo, based in Purchase, New York, is a pivotal leadership role overseeing global accounting for derivatives. This position ensures compliance with derivative guidance, manages the derivatives center of excellence (COE) in collaboration with Treasury and segment control teams, and handles periodic entries, 10-Q/K disclosures, and internal control sign-offs. You will partner closely with Treasury on new initiatives, providing critical accounting and financial reporting insights for financial derivatives and changes. Additionally, offer technical guidance on all derivative-related projects and transactions across segments and corporate functions. Support debt issuances, SEC filings, and comfort letters in this hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Purchase, NY office.
