Responsibilities include preparing and garnishing food orders per menu specifications under the Chef's guidance, crafting sauces, soups, and hot entrees with precise recipe adherence. Operate kitchen equipment safely, taste test for quality, portion accurately, and present plates appealingly. Coordinate with servers for seamless service, set up for forecasted covers, and control food costs by minimizing waste per standard operating procedures (SOP). Maintain immaculate work areas, coolers, and storage, requisition supplies per policy, and follow strict food safety guidelines.
