As a Coordinator, Individualized Care, you will play a pivotal role in our patient support ecosystem. This fully remote, full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm CT) involves managing patient interactions from initial referral to final resolution. You'll handle high-volume calls, process applications, navigate payer complexities, and ensure seamless therapy access. New hires receive mandatory training from 8:00am-5:00pm CST. We provide all necessary equipment; you supply high-speed internet (15Mbps download, 5Mbps upload, <30ms ping, hardwired). Ideal for detail-oriented professionals passionate about patient advocacy in a dynamic call center environment.
