Role Overview

As a Coordinator, Individualized Care, you will play a pivotal role in our patient support ecosystem. This fully remote, full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm CT) involves managing patient interactions from initial referral to final resolution. You'll handle high-volume calls, process applications, navigate payer complexities, and ensure seamless therapy access. New hires receive mandatory training from 8:00am-5:00pm CST. We provide all necessary equipment; you supply high-speed internet (15Mbps download, 5Mbps upload, <30ms ping, hardwired). Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will focus on delivering exceptional support:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, assessing needs for one-call resolutions.
  • Accurately report adverse events per regulatory timelines.
  • Process referrals and applications, tracking policy updates.
  • Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries promptly.
  • Enter data into proprietary software during live conversations.
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups and confirmations.
  • Steward accounts through the full lifecycle, from intake to approval/denial.
  • Prioritize tasks with urgency while maintaining empathy and control in patient interactions.
