Position Summary

The Coordinator of Maintenance role in Bowling Green, Ohio, is your chance to join a dynamic team maintaining cutting-edge energy infrastructure. You'll coordinate maintenance for complex systems like gas turbines, medium-voltage generators, environmental controls, and distributed control systems. Key Responsibilities

As Coordinator of Maintenance, you'll play a pivotal role in facility uptime and performance:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring timely execution of preventative and corrective work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for planning, scheduling work orders, equipment repairs, and compliance tasks.
  • Oversee allocation of resources including tools, parts, and personnel to meet operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain project scopes, work orders, and documentation for clear stakeholder communication.
  • Support and enhance the maintenance management system (Maximo) through work order creation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership and technicians to align maintenance plans with operational goals and safety standards.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs on facility maintenance and system usage.
  • Participate in or lead organizational initiatives as a maintenance coordination subject matter expert.

Required Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience in industrial operations such as processing plants, transmission pipelines, or similar environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree, project coordination or operations experience, and familiarity with maintenance tracking software like Maximo.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work in temperature extremes, loud environments, and confined spaces.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs individually and team-lift heavier items.
  • Stand, walk, climb, bend, and squat for extended periods.
  • Work at elevated heights using ladders, lifts, or scaffolding with proper PPE.
  • Proficient with hand tools and safety equipment.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid State Driver’s License with clean driving record.
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn and apply new systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication skills with focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
