  • Sales experience, including cold calling and generating net-new business in complex environments.
  • Track record selling multi-product architectures to C-level executives and technical evaluators.
  • History of exceeding quotas in individually focused, high-stakes roles.
  • Technical aptitude to rapidly grasp new business and technical concepts.
  • Personal traits: persistence (doesn't stop at 'no'), coachability, charisma, quick wit, flexibility, creativity, motivation, confidence without ego, self-discipline, and self-awareness.
  • Spoken and written fluency in Polish and English.
