  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to establish robust pipeline-building activities.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular updates to the management team.
  • Become an expert on CrowdStrike products, the competitive landscape, and how to sell our superior solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer success management, including subscription renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Set ambitious goals to exceed targets and quotas consistently.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking top-tier sales talent with a proven track record in tech sales, particularly in cybersecurity or complex SaaS environments.

  • Sales experience, including cold calling and generating net new business.
  • Proven experience selling complex multi-product architectures to C-level executives and down to evaluator-level engineers.
  • Track record of exceeding expectations in quota-carrying roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts.
  • Key traits: Persistence (doesn't stop at 'no'), coachability, charisma, quick-wittedness, flexibility, creativity, motivation, aptitude, confidence without ego, self-discipline, and self-awareness.
  • Written and spoken fluency in German/Swiss German and English is mandatory.
