As a Corporate Account Manager (Hybrid) based in Austin, Texas, you'll act as a trusted security consultant for medium to large enterprise customers. This role focuses on driving business growth through strategic upsells and cross-sells while ensuring exceptional success with our Falcon endpoint security platform. Build executive relationships, spot expansion opportunities, and partner with renewals teams to boost customer satisfaction. Ideal for consultative sellers who excel at long-term partnerships. This hybrid position requires one day per week in-office near Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA, with full remote options for Denver, CO and Boston, MA metro areas.
In this dynamic role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Customer Success, Managed Services, and other stakeholders to deliver expected value from CrowdStrike solutions. Manage the full contract renewal cycle—from initial meetings to negotiations and signatures—aiming for escalated ARR growth. Hit quotas for new sales within your customer base, advocate for customers by creating champions, and identify whitespace for upgrades and cross-sells. Craft value-based presentations, consult on additional Falcon portfolio solutions to increase ingestion, and execute account plans for maximum growth. Provide high-touch service, handle escalations, and relay feature requests to Product Management.
To succeed, bring 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logos, selling to technical audiences like engineers, IT, and security pros. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrate strong discovery skills, full-cycle management, objection handling, multi-faceted strategies including partner work, and deal closures. Proficiency in sales frameworks like MEDDIC, MEDPICC, and Sandler is essential, alongside a track record of exceeding quotas in fast-paced, metric-driven roles. Balance diverse tasks, adapt priorities, and showcase technical aptitude with quick learning. Exceptional communication—via email, calls, visits, presentations—is key, plus comfort in negotiations. Security or SaaS experience is a plus.
