As a Corporate Account Manager at CrowdStrike in Bangalore, India, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our regional medium to large enterprise customers thrive with the Falcon platform. This full sales cycle position involves proactive customer advocacy, driving high adoption rates, and balancing upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies. Partnering closely with our renewals team, Customer Success, and Managed Services, you will maximize customer value while achieving new sales growth quotas. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver expected value from Falcon deployments. You will manage the full contract renewal cycle—from initial meetings and negotiations to signatures—aiming for escalated ARR growth. Identifying whitespace opportunities, crafting value-based presentations, and consulting on additional Falcon solutions will drive upsells and cross-sells. Account strategies, high-touch service, escalations, and feedback to Product Management on feature requests round out your contributions, ensuring customer champions and long-term success.
Expect to balance discovery calls, objection handling, partner collaborations, and multi-threaded sales motions in a fast-paced environment. Your efforts directly contribute to customer retention and revenue growth within CrowdStrike's mission-driven ecosystem.
To excel as a Corporate Account Manager, bring full sales cycle experience in account management or net-new logos, ideally selling to technical audiences like engineers, IT, and security professionals. Proficiency in running discoveries, managing objections, and closing deals using frameworks like MEDDPICC or Sandler is essential. A proven track record of exceeding quotas in quota-carrying roles, strong technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and comfort with negotiations are must-haves. Thrive in adjusting priorities across multiple engagements while learning cybersecurity concepts rapidly.
