Role Overview

  • Identifying account whitespace and crafting value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Consulting customers on additional Falcon platform solutions to boost ingestion and adoption.
  • Devising and executing account strategies to maximize growth.
  • Providing high-touch service, including escalations and support coordination.
  • Delivering customer feedback to Product Management for feature requests and enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements
