As a Corporate Account Manager at CrowdStrike in the Philippines, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring regional medium to large enterprise customers thrive with our next-generation endpoint technology. This full sales cycle position focuses on proactive customer advocacy, driving high adoption rates, and balancing upsell/cross-sell opportunities with seamless renewals. Partnering with our renewals team, Customer Success, and Managed Services, you'll maximize value from the Falcon platform while growing accounts and contributing to our mission to stop breaches. Ideal for sales professionals passionate about cybersecurity and customer success in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver expected value. Act as a customer advocate by building deep relationships with key stakeholders and creating new champions within accounts.
Manage the full contract renewal cycle—from initial meetings and negotiations to signatures—ensuring renewals at escalated ARR rates. Achieve quotas for new sales growth through whitespace identification and value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
Devise and execute tailored account strategies to maximize growth. Consult with customers to recommend additional Falcon platform solutions, increasing ingestion and adoption. Provide high-touch service, including escalations and support coordination.
Deliver customer insights to the Product Management team, advocating for new features and enhancements that align with real-world needs.
Full sales cycle experience in account management or net-new logo acquisition, selling technical solutions to audiences like engineers, IT, and security professionals. Proven ability to run discoveries, handle objections, implement multi-faceted strategies (including partner collaboration), and close deals.
Light to advanced knowledge of frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler. Track record of exceeding quotas in individually focused, metric-driven roles. Comfort balancing diverse tasks in fast-paced settings with strong technical aptitude for quick learning.
Exceptional written and verbal skills for emails, calls, presentations, and meetings. High proficiency in objection handling and negotiations.
Cybersecurity industry experience, SaaS sales background, or advanced mastery of sales frameworks.
