Role Overview

The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) role at CrowdStrike in Singapore is a full sales cycle position focused on ensuring regional customers in the medium to large enterprise segment thrive with our next-generation endpoint technology.   • Achieve quotas for new sales growth through upsells and cross-sells within your customer base.
  • Act as a customer advocate, building relationships with key stakeholders and creating new champions.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and develop value-based presentations to promote Falcon platform upgrades and additional solutions.
  • Consult with customers to recommend portfolio expansions, devise account plans, and maximize growth.
  • Provide high-touch service, handle escalations, coordinate support, and relay product feedback to our Product Management team.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Corporate Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you need proven full sales cycle experience in account management or net-new logo acquisition, ideally selling to technical audiences such as engineers, IT, and security professionals.
