  • Act as a customer advocate, building relationships with key stakeholders and creating new champions within accounts.
  • Consult with customers to recommend additional Falcon platform solutions, increasing ingestion and overall platform adoption.
  • Devise and execute tailored account strategies to maximize growth and lifetime value.
  • Provide high-touch service, including escalations, support coordination, and feedback to Product Management on feature requests.
