  • Achieve quarterly quotas for new sales growth within your accounts via upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build deep relationships, creating customer champions and advocating for their success.
  • Identify whitespace and craft compelling, value-based presentations for Falcon portfolio expansions.
  • Devise and execute account plans maximizing success, including MEDDIC or Sandler methodologies to map decision-makers and flows.
  • Provide elite customer service, handle escalations, and relay feature requests to Product Management.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and report progress to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and refine solution proposals as a cybersecurity specialist.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years in corporate high-touch sales, preferably in security or SaaS.
  • Consistent quota attainment history.
  • Technical aptitude, curiosity, and ability to learn rapidly—translating insights into action.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, negotiation prowess, and objection handling.
  • Experience with solution sales involving multiple products, targeting executives and engineers.
  • Self-starter mindset: independent yet team-oriented with open knowledge sharing.
  • Comfort with English; Japanese fluency assumed for Tokyo role.
