Role Overview

As a Corporate Account Manager in Tokyo, Japan, you will be the trusted advisor for our existing mid-market customers, ensuring they thrive with CrowdStrike's next-generation endpoint technology. This full-time role focuses on driving high adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through cross-sells and upsells within your accounts. You'll identify key customer management-by-objectives (MBOs), create tailored roadmaps and milestones, and cultivate customer champions. Ideal for consultative sellers from SaaS or security backgrounds, this position demands strong listening skills, communication, curiosity, and creative problem-solving in a high-touch sales environment.

  • Acting as a customer advocate, building relationships and creating champions while devising account strategies for expansion.
  • Consulting on additional Falcon portfolio solutions, handling escalations, and providing high-touch service.
  • Delivering customer feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management, regular reporting to managers, and staying ahead of market/competitor trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need:

  • 4+ years of high-touch corporate sales experience, preferably in security or SaaS, with a proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Technical aptitude, a hunger to learn, and the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication, negotiation skills, and comfort handling objections from executives and engineers.
  • Experience in proposal-based solution selling across multiple products, identifying decision-makers, and influencing through targeted questions and presentations.
  • Self-starter mindset, excellent time management, team collaboration, and openness to English communication.
  • A competitive spirit, curiosity, and passion for securing customers through cybersecurity.
