The Corporate Account Manager (Remote, IDN) role at CrowdStrike is pivotal in ensuring customers maximize value from our next-generation endpoint technology via the Falcon platform. Based in Indonesia, you'll drive high adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through cross-sells and upsells. As a trusted advisor, you'll align customer objectives with tailored roadmaps, create champions, and position CrowdStrike as indispensable. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating seamlessly with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver expected value from implemented Falcon solutions. Key duties include achieving quarterly new sales growth quotas within your accounts, acting as a customer advocate to build relationships and champions, and identifying whitespace opportunities for value-based upgrade presentations. You'll consult on additional CrowdStrike portfolio solutions, devise strategic account plans for maximum growth, provide high-touch service including escalations, and relay critical feedback on feature requests to Product Management. Expect to balance dynamic tasks, run discoveries, manage full sales cycles, handle objections, and leverage partners for multi-faceted strategies.
Focus on high adoption to boost satisfaction, mapping customer MBOs to roadmaps and milestones that foster long-term partnerships.
Employ frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler to close deals, negotiate effectively, and expand accounts in Indonesia's cybersecurity landscape.
To succeed, you need 5+ years of demonstrated end-to-end sales account management experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in metric-driven roles. Proficiency in running discoveries, full sales cycles, objection handling, and partner collaboration is essential. Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler is a plus. Thrive in fast-paced settings by balancing tasks, prioritizing dynamically, and learning technical concepts quickly. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable for emails, calls, visits, presentations, and meetings.
