CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Account Manager (CAM) - German for our hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain. In this full sales cycle position, you'll ensure regional customers in the medium to large enterprise segment thrive with our next-generation endpoint technology, the Falcon platform. You'll proactively advocate for customers, drive high adoption rates for satisfaction, balance upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and partner with our renewals team for timely expansions. This role requires 1-2 days in the office per week, blending collaboration with our remote-first culture. As a Corporate Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Customer Success, Managed Services, and other stakeholders to deliver expected value. Manage the full contract renewal cycle—from initial meetings to negotiations and signatures—aiming for escalated ARR growth. Achieve quotas for new sales within your customer base by identifying whitespace, crafting value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells, and recommending additional Falcon platform solutions. Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth, provide high-touch service including escalations, and deliver customer feedback to Product Management for enhancements. Your role demands a balance of relationship-building, technical consulting, and strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed, you need full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logos, selling to technical audiences like engineers, IT, and security professionals. Demonstrate strong discovery skills, objection handling, multi-faceted strategies (including partner work), and deal-closing prowess. Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Sandler is essential, along with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in metric-driven roles. Thrive in dynamic settings by juggling tasks, prioritizing on the fly, and learning cybersecurity concepts quickly. Exceptional communication—written and verbal in English, plus fluency in German—is critical for emails, calls, presentations, and negotiations.
