Role Overview

As a Corporate Account Manager, North, based in Delhi, India, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regional customers thrive with CrowdStrike's next-generation endpoint technology. This full sales cycle position targets medium to large enterprises, where you'll advocate for customers, drive high adoption rates, and balance upsell/cross-sell opportunities with renewals. Partnering with our renewals team, you'll maximize customer satisfaction and ARR growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Customer Success, Managed Services, and other stakeholders to deliver expected value.
  • Manage the full contract renewal cycle—from initial meetings to negotiations and signatures—ensuring renewals at escalated ARR rates.
  • Achieve quotas for new sales growth by identifying whitespace and creating compelling, value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Act as a customer advocate, building relationships with key stakeholders and creating new champions within accounts.
  • Consult on additional Falcon platform solutions to increase ingestion and devise/executes account strategies for maximum growth.
  • Provide high-touch service, handle escalations, coordinate support, and relay product feedback to enhance features.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel, you'll bring proven expertise in sales and account management:

  • Full sales cycle experience in account management or net-new logos, selling to technical audiences like engineers, IT, and security professionals.
  • Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, multi-faceted strategies (e.g., partner collaboration), and deal closure.
  • Light to advanced knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in individually focused, metric-driven roles.
  • Ability to juggle tasks, adapt priorities, and learn quickly in fast-paced settings.
  • Exceptional communication for emails, calls, presentations, and meetings; comfort with negotiations.
