To excel as a Corporate Audit Associate Manager, candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering. 4-7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Operations is required, with preference for Big 4, Public Accounting, or FMCG backgrounds. Knowledge of the COSO framework, internal controls, data analytics, SAP, and IT General Controls is highly valued. Operating experience enhances candidacy.
