Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, coordinating stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Product, HR, and IT. Track deal pipelines, maintain documentation, and support project planning for acquisition execution and integration.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Schedule and facilitate critical meetings, diligence sessions, and reviews. Ensure alignment on deliverables, track action items, communicate updates to senior leaders, and escalate issues to maintain momentum in deal cycles.

Process & Tools Optimization

Contribute to refining corporate development playbooks, templates, and processes. Maintain tools like data rooms, diligence trackers, and integration dashboards, while tracking post-close milestones and KPIs.
