Key Responsibilities

As Corporate FP&A Manager, you'll orchestrate enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis:

• Prepare consolidated financial analysis for annual budgets, quarterly/monthly forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.
• Develop forecast instructions, deadlines, and guidelines to maintain quality and timeliness across teams.
• Deliver monthly pre-close/close variance analysis, identifying drivers, trends, and opportunities for the VP of FP&A.
• Create materials for management incentive plans, Board meetings, executive offsites, and Investor Relations Q&A.
• Support special projects including M&A synergies, workforce planning, divestitures, and confidential initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain variances and business stories behind the numbers.
• Drive financial systems roadmap, gather FP&A requests, and identify AI use cases for consolidation and analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek a talented professional with a strong foundation in financial planning:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years in financial analysis, planning, preferably in hospitality.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and large data management.
• Experience with CPM tools (Oracle Fusion/Smart View a plus); knowledge of FASB, SEC, GAAP, tax practices.
• Proven ability to communicate complex issues to non-finance leaders and collaborate across organizations.
