Role Overview

As a Corporate Sales Engineer (Remote, AUS or NZD) at CrowdStrike, you'll join a dynamic team supporting corporate sales in deploying, configuring, and demonstrating the Falcon platform to prospective customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the technical champion in sales opportunities, guiding prospects through complex evaluations.
  • Deliver impactful technical product presentations and live demonstrations of the Falcon platform.
  • Articulate CrowdStrike's technical messaging to technical and business audiences.
  • Ask probing discovery questions to uncover pain points and drive requirements.
  • Run Proof of Values (POV) with defined success criteria, showcasing platform benefits.
  • Collaborate with Product Management as a liaison for key accounts' technical needs.
  • Learn and test evolving cyber attack techniques against the Falcon platform.
  • Provide informal training to the corporate sales team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive positioning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and support escalations.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you need a proven track record in technical roles such as support, consulting, or sales engineering, with self-direction and organizational excellence. Exceptional communication skills are essential for delivering clear, impactful presentations to diverse audiences. Advanced problem-solving abilities will help you analyze complex challenges under pressure. Strong technical acumen is required to evaluate architectures, identify vulnerabilities, and spot optimization opportunities. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, competitive drive, and a passion for continuous learning in cybersecurity trends. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
