Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Engineer position at CrowdStrike in Taiwan (Remote) is your chance to join a high-impact team driving cybersecurity sales in the region. In this role, you'll provide technical sales support for our Falcon platform, collaborating with corporate sales teams and partners to qualify opportunities, deliver Proof of Value (POV) evaluations, and convert them into revenue. You'll be the technical expert bridging customers, partners, and headquarters, leveraging your deep knowledge of networking, security, and threat intelligence to attack the market with passion and innovation. This remote position offers the freedom to work from anywhere in Taiwan while contributing to CrowdStrike's mission to stop breaches.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Sales Engineer, your day-to-day will focus on high-impact activities that drive growth:

  • Collaborate closely with corporate sales teams and partners on high-touch pre-sales technical activities.
  • Technically qualify opportunities and lead POV evaluations with end-user accounts and partners.
  • Create detailed Security Assessment Reports for end-users following POV evaluations to facilitate buy-in and revenue conversion.
  • Train distributors and partners on deploying successful POVs and preparing Security Assessment Reports.
  • Train regional distributor/partner Sales Engineers and staff to build capability.
  • Serve as the key liaison between partners/customers and corporate headquarters for technical issues and requirements.
  • Work with sales teams to achieve and exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on competitive situations and market developments in Taiwan.
  • Support regional marketing activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with the broader SE team to share knowledge and elevate performance.
  • Innovate by starting initiatives to improve processes, boost revenues, or increase conversion rates.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll bring proven expertise and a customer-focused mindset:

  • Proven experience selling complex multi-product architectures to organizations in IT security.
  • Pre-sales experience with excellent technical knowledge in networking and/or security.
  • Familiarity with hacking and exploitation tools, common malware families, and Anti-Virus/IDS/IPS evasion techniques.
  • Deep knowledge of IT technologies including Network Engineering (OSI model, IPv4/6, Routing, DNS, SNORT, YARA), Network Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxies, SIEM), SOC Operations, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with customers and internal teams like Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services.
  • Exemplary communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (in-person and virtual).
  • Competitive yet collaborative nature; persistent, coachable, charismatic, quick-witted, flexible, creative, motivated, and self-disciplined.
  • Security and/or SaaS sales experience is a plus, as is a customer service background.
