  • Running Proof of Values (POVs) with defined success criteria, showcasing Falcon's benefits.
  • Collaborating with Product Management as a liaison for key accounts' technical needs.
  • Learning and testing various cybersecurity attack techniques against the Falcon platform.
  • Providing informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive positioning.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer feedback and support escalations.
