Position Overview:
As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for controlling and optimizing the costs for the central departments of DI. With a strong focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with DI Management to make proper FC and BDG for each individual cost center.
- Coordinate regular cost center review meetings with DI Management
- Support the digital transformation for
- Monitor monthly costs, escalating deviations from FC.
- Cost allocation/Distribution of central cost to Business Units
- Follow up with corporate departments the actuals and forecast of cost allocations
- Coordinate Productivity actuals and forecast tracking in Digital Industries Division
- Controlling of actual and forecast of Employees
- Ensure cost transparency in
Your Profile:
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Over 1 year of experience in controlling or accounting.
- Experience in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and in-depth knowledge of MS Office (
- Ability to work in diverse and international teams.
- Strong understanding of controlling tools and familiarity with financial KPIs.
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment, with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
- High analytical competence, strong commitment, results-oriented focus, confident demeanor, and assertiveness.
- Fluent English and Spanish will complete your profile.
