Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all members
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise
- Assist with inventory management and control
- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with gas station operations, including dispensing fuel and collecting payments
- Install tires on vehicles and perform other automotive services
- Greet members and assist them with their needs
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Promote membership sales and renewals
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Assist with receiving and unloading shipments
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with product recalls and returns
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Monitor product quality and freshness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Assist with setting up and taking down displays
- Perform other duties as assigned
