Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Costco members
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Prepare food items according to recipes and standards
- Assist members with product selection and information
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently (if applicable)
- Install and repair tires (for Tire Installer position)
- Greet members and provide assistance at the entrance
- Process membership applications and renewals
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
- Handle cash and reconcile daily sales
- Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Assist with unloading and stocking deliveries
- Maintain product quality and freshness
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Operate gas pumps and assist members with fuel purchases (for Gas Station Attendant position)
