Responsibilities
- Garnish bakery products according to standards.
- Weigh and measure bakery items accurately.
- Wrap bakery products using appropriate materials.
- Label bakery products with required information.
- Merchandise bakery products to enhance presentation.
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times.
- Monitor product quality and freshness.
- Dispose of waste properly.
- Operate wrapping machines safely.
- Maintain accurate records of production.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Prepare work area for daily operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist other bakery staff as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
- Ensure proper rotation of products.
