Responsibilities
- Packing member orders into boxes and bags efficiently
- Transferring packed items to a separate cart for cashiers
- Assisting cashiers with scanning and bagging items
- Retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot
- Returning carts to designated areas inside the warehouse
- Restocking shelves and displays with merchandise
- Performing general cleanup duties in the front-end area
- Assisting customers with carry-out services
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Operating cash register and handling cash transactions (when needed)
- Verifying prices and quantities of items
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting with inventory counts
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor
- Working as a team with other employees
- Following all company policies and procedures
- Assisting with training new employees
- Adhering to dress code and hygiene standards
- Providing support to other departments as needed
- Responding to requests from supervisors promptly
