Responsibilities
- Packing member orders into boxes efficiently and accurately
- Transferring packed items to a separate cart for cashiers
- Assisting cashiers with scanning items and processing payments
- Retrieving shopping carts from parking lots and returning them to designated areas
- Restocking merchandise on shelves and displays
- Performing cleanup duties in the checkout area
- Running for items as directed by cashiers or supervisors
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting members with their purchases
- Addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines
- Following company policies and procedures
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting with inventory management
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to supervisors
- Unloading and stocking deliveries
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations
