Responsibilities
- Packing member orders efficiently and accurately
- Transferring packed items to a separate cart for cashiers
- Performing cleanup duties in the front-end area
- Retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot and other areas
- Restocking merchandise as directed
- Running for items needed by cashiers
- Assisting customers with loading purchases into their vehicles
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Assisting with inventory management tasks as needed
- Handling cash and other forms of payment accurately (if needed)
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Providing information about products and services to customers
- Assisting with training new employees
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to supervisors
- Ensuring that all items are properly labeled and priced
- Assisting with merchandising and display tasks
- Handling returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Supporting other team members as needed
