Responsibilities
- Operate an electric stand-up forklift to move pallets of merchandise and equipment
- Transport pallets of goods from receiving docks to storage locations
- Hand-stack product from partial pallets onto full pallets
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect forklift for safety hazards and report any issues
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Wrap pallets of merchandise
- Restock shelves and displays
- Pick orders for customers
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Operate a pallet jack
- Use RF scanners to track inventory
- Complete daily forklift maintenance checks
- Report any equipment malfunctions
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Meet daily production goals
- Ensure accurate inventory counts
