Responsibilities
- Operate electric stand-up forklifts to move pallets
- Hand-stack product from partial pallets onto full pallets
- Load and unload trucks
- Move merchandise and equipment throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues
- Report any equipment malfunctions
- Follow all safety procedures
- Accurately record inventory movements
- Assist with inventory counts
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Receive and store incoming merchandise
- Ensure proper stock rotation
- Maintain warehouse organization
- Operate pallet jacks as needed
- Use RF scanners to track inventory
- Communicate with team members
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Meet daily production goals
- Adhere to company policies
- Secure loads properly
- Handle fragile items with care
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
- Participate in safety meetings
