Responsibilities
- Monitor gas pumps and ensure proper operation
- Assist members with fueling their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage traffic flow around the gas station
- Monitor storage tanks for fuel levels and leaks
- Clean and manage spills according to safety procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on gas pumps and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify potential hazards
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Stock supplies and inventory
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Enforce gas station rules and policies
- Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Follow company procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
