Required Qualifications

  • Valid Hearing Aid Dispenser License in Maryland (experience)
  • High School Diploma or GED (experience)

  • Troubleshoot hearing aid problems and perform repairs
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Order and manage hearing aid inventory
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest hearing aid technology
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote hearing aid services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and their families about hearing loss and communication strategies
