- Valid Hearing Aid Dispenser License in Colorado (experience)
- High School Diploma or GED (experience)

Responsibilities
- Conducting hearing evaluations and audiometric testing
- Taking ear impressions for custom hearing aids
- Programming and fitting hearing aids to meet individual needs
- Counseling patients on hearing loss and hearing aid use
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for hearing aids
- Troubleshooting hearing aid issues
- Repairing hearing aids
- Ordering hearing aids and supplies
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Following up with patients to ensure satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service
- Meeting sales goals
- Keeping up-to-date on new hearing aid technology
- Attending training and continuing education courses
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
