- Fit and adjust eyeglasses to ensure proper fit and comfort
- Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses according to prescriptions
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Provide education to members on proper eyeglass and contact lens care
- Troubleshoot vision-related issues and provide solutions
- Repair and adjust eyeglasses as needed
- Process orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Maintain accurate records of member information and transactions
- Manage inventory of eyeglasses, frames, and contact lenses
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Assist with frame selection based on member's needs and preferences
- Use lensometry to verify lens power and quality
- Perform visual acuity testing
- Handle insurance claims and billing
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in optical technology
- Participate in training and development opportunities
