Responsibilities
- Assist members in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and preferences
- Accurately measure and fit eyeglasses to ensure proper vision correction and comfort
- Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses according to prescriptions
- Educate members on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Adjust and repair eyeglasses as needed
- Process orders and track inventory
- Verify prescription accuracy and clarity
- Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns related to eyewear
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in eyewear
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with members
- Assist with frame selection and styling
- Take facial measurements to determine proper frame size and fit
- Adjust frames to ensure proper alignment and comfort
- Explain lens options and features to members
- Process insurance claims and payments
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Prepare and submit orders for eyewear and supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Conduct pre-testing and preliminary eye screenings
