Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Monitor store activity for signs of theft or other suspicious behavior
- Conduct regular security patrols of the store
- Observe and report potential safety and security hazards
- Assist in the investigation of theft incidents
- Prepare detailed incident reports
- Maintain accurate records of security activities
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems
- Respond to alarms and security incidents
- Provide assistance to customers and employees
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Detain shoplifters according to company policy and legal guidelines
- Work with law enforcement as needed
- Conduct internal investigations of employee theft
- Assist with inventory control and loss prevention measures
- Conduct security audits of the store
- Train employees on loss prevention techniques
- Monitor access control systems
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
- Participate in safety drills and training exercises
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
- Communicate effectively with store management and security personnel
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Stay up-to-date on current security threats and trends
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
