Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Monitor store premises using CCTV and other surveillance equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store to identify potential security risks.
- Observe customer and employee behavior to detect signs of theft or fraud.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Detain shoplifters and other suspects according to company policy and legal guidelines.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in conducting internal investigations of theft and misconduct.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent loss and maintain safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
- Conduct security audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Train employees on loss prevention techniques and safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with store management and other staff members.
- Respond to alarms and investigate potential security breaches.
- Assist with emergency evacuations and other safety drills.
- Monitor fire safety equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Assist with the recovery of stolen merchandise.
- Provide testimony in court as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest loss prevention techniques and technologies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
