Responsibilities
- Monitor store premises for potential theft or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store floor and back areas.
- Observe customer and employee behavior to identify suspicious activity.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect and prevent theft.
- Respond to alarms and security incidents.
- Detain and interview shoplifting suspects according to company policy.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Work with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Assist in the investigation of internal theft cases.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Conduct safety inspections and report potential hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
