Responsibilities
- Performing janitorial services throughout the warehouse
- Maintaining cleanliness of restrooms and break rooms
- Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Maintaining grounds by mowing, trimming, and weeding
- Performing minor repairs to equipment and facilities
- Replacing light bulbs and other fixtures
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks
- Inspecting equipment and facilities for damage
- Reporting maintenance issues to management
- Ordering and stocking cleaning supplies
- Operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Following safety procedures and guidelines
- Responding to spills and other emergencies
- Assisting with setup and takedown of events
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
- Pressure washing exterior surfaces
- Maintaining parking lots and sidewalks
- Assisting with snow removal
- Performing routine inspections
