Responsibilities
- Performing janitorial services throughout the warehouse, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and break rooms
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the warehouse grounds
- Removing trash and recycling from designated areas
- Operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuum cleaners
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Assisting with setting up and taking down displays and events
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ordering new supplies as needed
- Following safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhering to schedules and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service to members and employees
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
- Cleaning spills and messes promptly
- Dusting and polishing surfaces
- Washing windows and mirrors
- Maintaining the cleanliness of exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
- Performing landscaping tasks such as mowing and trimming
- Assisting with snow removal during winter months
- Responding to emergency cleaning requests
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following company policies and procedures
- Participating in safety training programs
- Ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- Maintaining records of maintenance activities
