Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform janitorial services, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and shelving
- Perform general maintenance tasks, such as painting and minor repairs
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Repair or replace damaged equipment
- Maintain grounds, including mowing lawns and trimming shrubs
- Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Report any safety hazards to management
- Assist with setting up and taking down for special events
- Perform routine inspections of the building and grounds
- Document maintenance activities
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist other departments as needed
- Participate in training and development activities
- Adhere to Costco's code of ethics
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
