Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Performing janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and other common areas
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and grounds
- Performing minor repairs, such as fixing leaks and replacing light bulbs
- Operating cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
- Ordering cleaning supplies as needed
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintaining landscaping and grounds, including mowing lawns and trimming shrubs
- Removing snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
- Power washing exterior surfaces
- Cleaning windows and mirrors
- Maintaining the appearance of the building's exterior
- Assisting with special events and projects
- Working with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse
- Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management
- Following all company policies and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Attending training sessions as required
- Participating in team meetings
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Assisting with setting up meeting spaces
- Ensuring all entrances are clean and presentable
- Checking and refilling dispensers (soap, paper towels, etc.)
- Maintaining parking lot cleanliness
- Removing graffiti
