Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Build and repair fixtures and structures throughout the warehouse.
- Repair plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, and drains.
- Repair electrical systems under 24 volts, including wiring and lighting.
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts, including oil changes and inspections.
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment for various warehouse operations.
- Provide janitorial services, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and break areas.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair.
- Maintain warehouse grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and fixtures.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Operate and maintain various types of power tools and equipment.
- Assist with the setup and takedown of special events.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in safety training programs.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Complete assigned tasks within the specified time frame.
