Responsibilities
- Build and repair fixtures and structures within the warehouse.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, ensuring proper function.
- Repair electrical systems under 24 volts, adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on forklifts, keeping them operational.
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment used in ancillary businesses.
- Provide general maintenance for warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness through janitorial services in the warehouse.
- Perform general maintenance of the warehouse grounds, including landscaping.
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events.
- Perform minor carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors and frames.
- Assist with painting projects as needed.
- Maintain HVAC systems, ensuring proper temperature control.
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
