Responsibilities
- Build and repair fixtures and structures
- Repair plumbing systems
- Repair electrical systems under 24 volts
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Provide janitorial services
- Perform general maintenance of warehouse
- Perform general maintenance of grounds
- Inspect equipment for defects
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Replace defective parts
- Order necessary parts and supplies
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Follow safety procedures
- Comply with OSHA regulations
- Assist with other tasks as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
