Responsibilities

  • Assist members with their appliance and electronics purchases
  • Answer member questions about product features and benefits
  • Demonstrate merchandise to members
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Stock and maintain the appearance of the department
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and priced
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Handle cash and credit card payments
  • Resolve member complaints and concerns
  • Follow up with members after their purchase
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
  • Attend product training sessions
  • Assist with inventory control
  • Restock shelves and displays
  • Receive and unpack merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures
  • Operate forklifts or other equipment (if certified)
  • Work as part of a team to achieve department goals
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Participate in store meetings
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Provide support to other sales associates
  • Assist with special events and promotions
